My career began in the Canadian Forces Logistics Branch, where I developed a deep understanding of operational security, classified information handling, and the rigorous security protocols required in defence environments. This included overseas deployment supporting the 8th Canadian Hussars in Cyprus. This firsthand military experience provides unique insight into the security requirements that defence contractors must meet.

Department of National Defence & Federal Support

Transitioned to supporting federal departments and contractors with security clearance processes, facility security requirements, and compliance programs. Gained extensive practical experience managing personnel security screening, document control systems, and PSPC audits. During this period, I worked extensively with DND procurement processes, developing deep expertise in Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluation, federal contracting requirements, and the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate.
